The inevitably of taxes, and their consequences on real wealth creation, constantly occupy the thoughts of many people. - Do you wish to prepare an Advance Health Directive (“a living Will”)?
- Who actually has a claim to your estate?

It should detail the distribution of all your property and assets, funeral arrangements, bequests to charitable organisations and may possibly include instructions regarding the gift of treasured possessions to particular friends and family members.
